Good News for all who are searching an  Game-Engine for their Game Project. The Unreal Engine 3 devolpement kit is now free for non-commercial projects. Many Games are using this powerful Engine (e.g. Batman Arkham Asylum, UT 3, Borderland ). The developers from Epic Games are working now for the Unreal Engine 4 which will be finished 2012.

  no it for some time now
  but i am curious to know how sauer will performe on UT3 engine if possible
  If it is possible and some of u have time to waste around just to have fun, can u post pics or a nice video of it - IF IT IS POSSIBLE
